How to submit papers to IASED conferences?

  • Open Conference Calendar to find the conference based on your research interests.

  • Read through Call for Papers on the conference website to check if the topic of your research falls within the scope of the conference. But as the topics of interests have not been exhausted, please contact Conference Secretary if you have any doubts.

  • Follow the submission instruction provided on the conference website to prepare your paper and submit requested files to the conference submission system.

Submission Checklist

  • Is your paper original?

Only original papers that have not been previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere will be considered for the conference. Authors must also guarantee that the paper submitted is not under review by any other conference during the review cycle. All manuscripts will be processed through cross-check tool to detect plagiarism.

  • Title Page

Authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identities. So please remove the information that can be used to trace back to the authors (e.g., through search engine). Name and affiliation of authors, contact of corresponding author, acknowledgements and other sections that may release the identities of authors must be written in the Title Page, which will be removed prior to the peer review process. The main content of the manuscript should never refer any authors’ personal information or give away any institutional information.

  • Length and Paper Format

Submitted papers should be written in English only, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices. For IASED conferences, the ordinary length limit is 5-10 pages, but it rests on requirements of different conference. The paper template accessible on conference website can help authors typeset the manuscripts.
